Eiffel Palace (Hungary)

The abandoned and ruinous apartment house will be rebuilt and reborn as Eiffel Palace.

Except the vintage, Eiffel-age inner steel structure everything is going to be refurbished. The interior will be demolished and substituted by a multi-story RC frame with 5 garage levels underground. The task was the design of a temporary steel scaffolding, that holds the facade during the construction works. Since the conceptual phase the work had been done together with the contractor HMB Ltd. The temporary scaffolding structure is now taken away, the building is operating as the office of the Central Bank of Hungary.
