QUESTION: How do I make up an Absent day?
ANSWER:
Occasionally a student misses a class for various reasons. Our policy is simple. The student will not earn their points for that day, but can complete and turn in a PE Make-up Activity form for full credit.

Missing a fitness day (circuit, run, Pacer, etc.) requires the student to make up the activity missed. Talk with your teacher to schedule another time.
QUESTION: What is Fitness Testing?
ANSWER:
3 times a semester (beginning, middle, end) students will assess their current fitness level:
- Push-ups (Muscular Endurance & Strength)
- Curl-ups (Muscular Endurance & Strength)
- Mile Run (Cardiovascular Endurance)
- PACER (Cardiovascular Endurance)
- Sit & Reach (Flexibility)
- Shuttle Run (Agility)
For each exercise the student will be recognized as "Advanced", "Healthy Zone", or "Need Improvement"
