I am a life-long resident of Cannon County. I attended Woodbury Grammar School and Cannon County High School. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master's Degree in Administration and Supervision from Tennessee Technological University. I began my teaching career at West Side Elementary where I taught both 2nd and 5th grade. I also taught 2nd grade at East Side Elementary for three years. I'm now happy to be at Woodland Elementary where I taught 4th grade before becoming the School Wide Title I teacher.

My husband Javin and I live in the East Side Community. We have two sons, one daughter and two fur babies. When we are not working, we enjoy spending time with family and friends.
