Important Dates:
Monday, October 20, 2025: Registration opens. You may accept money (either cash or a check made out to your specific school).
Friday, December 12, 2025: Registration closes. Please wait to send payments until you receive an invoice from the hosting school.
Saturday, March 2, 2026: Teachers should report to Manchester High School by 8:00 am for meeting in auditorium at 8:10 am. Doors open for student registration at 9AM. Do NOT tell students to come early.
Promoting the event:
Show the students the website including the promotional information and the registration process in class.
Put the event in your School Announcements
Post the link to the website in class and on your Canvas pages.
Email the registration form and the website to all parents via Synergy (StudentVue/ParentVue). Letting the parents know about the event increases the likelihood of student participation.
Put up posters around your school
Collecting Money & Registering Students:
Make sure you get a P.O. approved and submitted to your bookkeeper before accepting any money.
Teacher(s) will collect the $25 registration fee from students at school (except for students who are applying for the fee waiver)
Many schools just send all the checks to one teacher to receipt instead of all teachers receipting money.
Receipt and deposit the money using your Spanish Club’s account.
Once you have received a registration form & money (or fee waiver), register the student on the Google form sent out by the director.
Once registration is closed, we will send you an invoice with the amount your school owes.
Work with your school's book keeper to send one final check made payable to Manchester High School (attention Alexsis Booher: La Feria) with the sum of registration fees plus the $50 fee for school as noted on your invoice.
