At La Feria 2025, students will be able to sign up for 3 workshops. You will sign up for them on the morning of Saturday, February 15 when you arrive to Manchester HS, but we encourage you to please look over what will be offered so that you are able to make a quick decision when it's your turn to register! Spaces are limited for each workshop, so you don't want to spend your time debating which ones to take; take a look at the options below so you'll be ready to make a decision when it's your turn to register.

-Guacamole (Learn all about this fantastic dip!)
-Guatemalan Worry Dolls (Make this unique Guatemalan craft to help ease your worries!)
-Morir Soñando (Learn how to make this Dominican creamsicle drink!)
-Tortillas (Learn about these staple cuisine of the Spanish-speaking world!)
-Fried Plantains (Learn how to make this wonderful Latin American staple!)
-Ceviche (Learn how to make a tasty and unique citrus based seafood dish!)

BAILE LATINO / LATIN DANCE
Sign up to learn how to dance the most well-known dances in the Hispanic community.
Learn to dance alone, with partners and in a larger group!
ZUMBA
This is a Latin inspired dance aerobics class that uses moves from dances
like salsa and merengue as exercises.
Participants should wear comfortable, loose clothing and tennis shoes.
