Southern Hospitality Marching Festival Itinerary

Oct. 4th 2014

8:15am: Run Through in stadium

9:00am: Load uniform and equipment

9:30: Depart VHS

10:15: Arrive HHS

10:30: Dressing rooms A

11:15: Warm up

Noon: Performance

12:30-7:30: watch bands

7:30: Awards

-Please arrive to VHS by 7:45 in Band T Shirt/Shorts for our run-through

-Warm Ups will begin in the stadium at 8:15am

-Students May bring "street clothing" to wear post performance

-Lunch & Dinner are responsible for the students at the Festival

-No Check-Outs until after the Award Ceremony
