VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS:
MEDIA: Original works are encouraged, but other items will be considered. Due to Health Department regulations, home-processed canned goods can no longer be sold unless you provide us with a current Health Department permit.
SPACES: -Spaces will be available on a first-come / first-serve basis.
Booth numbers will be assigned after your application has been accepted. No refunds.
-No spaces will be changed once assigned.
-Room spaces may be available depending on exhibitor response.
-Spaces will be approximately 8’ x 8’. One 6’ table & two chairs will be furnished per space.
-Tables should be covered uniformly to the ground.
SET UP: The building will open at 7:00 am, November 18th to set up your booth, please move your vehicle to the rear parking area. Please do not use tape, nails, or tacks on the auditorium floor and walls. All exhibitors must exhibit the full hours of the show.
SECURITY: Each vendor is responsible for his/her own properties. The Vinemont Band Boosters are not responsible for loss/theft. Each booth should be manned at all times during show hours.
The venue will be locked after all vendors have left on Friday night.
FOOD: Vinemont Band Boosters will be serving a variety of foods with all the trimmings.
Ex...Chili, Hot Dogs, Nachos, Drinks & more.
NOTE: NO SMOKING INSIDE THE VENUE PLEASE!
