Hoover Itinerary

HOOVER

Oct. 18th 2014

8:30am - Run Through in stadium

9:30am - Load uniform and equipment

10am - Depart VHS

----Lunch Stop in Fultondale----

Noon - Arrive Hoover Met

12:55 - Warm up

1:40: Performance

Change Immediately and get on the bus to leave for Galeria

5pm - On Bus to Return to Hoover Met

5:30-9pm - Watch Bands

9pm Awards

11:30 Arrive at VHS

-Please arrive to VHS by 8:30 in Band T Shirt/Shorts for our run-through

-Warm Ups will begin in the stadium at 9am

-Students May bring "street clothing" to wear post performance

-Lunch & Dinner are responsible for the students at the Festival/Mall

-No Check-Outs until after the Award Ceremony
