Fundraisers:

Craft Show - Be making plans to attend our Booster Meeting November 2nd at 6:30pm to get involved with the Craft Show. This is the largest band fundraiser of the year and makes it possible for us to provide the necessary equipment, instruction, uniforms, and music for our students. We need parents and students alike involved November 20th & 21st!

Raffle Tickets - $1 per ticket to be entered into the drawing for $1000 Christmas Cash to be drawn at the Craft Show. All Proceeds go to the student. Deadline is Friday Nov 20th.

Belk Tickets - $5 per coupon to receive $5 off your Belk purchase. All Proceeds go to the student.

Hanceville Christmas Parade

Meeting times will be notified ASAP. Please not the calendar of our after school rehearsal and make plans to attend. Parade usually begins at 2pm.

Christmas Concert

The Christmas concert will be held Thursday December 3rd at Faith Baptist Church beginning at 6:30pm. A reception will be held afterwards for family and friends on behalf of Faith Baptist Church.

Door will be open for seating at 6:15pm – please do not enter until ushers welcome all guest inside.

All 7th-12th grade Percussion students need to plan to stay after school to assist with loading equipment and setting up at the church. This will be part of your participation grade.

Concert Dresses/Tux need to be fitted – please contact Kim Smith if you can assist with sizing
