CHROMEBOOK POLICY

Classroom Policy

  • Students must bring a charged Chromebook to class everyday. If they do not have their Chromebook with them in class they will be sent to ALC. If an online assignment or assessment is assigned they will lose credit and be required to complete the assignment at home. If an assessment is assigned (quiz, test, etc.), they will receive a 0 for their grade.

  • Students may not visit other websites/programs without the teacher's permission. When in class, students should use their Chromebooks for class assignments only. If discovered visiting another site, the student will be sent to ALC.

Croatan High School Policy

  • Every student at CHS has signed a Responsible Use Agreement stating that school technological resources will be used responsibly. Responsible use is use that is ethical, respectful, academically honest and supportive of student learning.


  • ANY ATTEMPT to circumvent school content filtering on school devices will result in disciplinary action of up to 3 days of ISS as well as loss of technology use. This includes accessing VPN services and attempting to unblock videos/sites on school devices.

English II Course Objectives

At the end of this English II course, students will be able to:
