Canton Academy Academic Schedule: 2021-2022
Canton Academy meets in Canton High School, Room 113. The program runs Monday-Thursday only, with no class on Friday except on weeks when there is an Early release Wednesday. On those weeks, Academy will meet on Friday and follow the Wednesday schedule. If students are enrolled in CHS day school. they are required to report on Fridays to those classes.*
Academic Block I: 2:30-3:30
Academic Block II: 3:30-4:30pm
Each academic course meets for 60 minutes twice a week. Daily attendance at Canton Academy is imperative, as each missed day of Canton Academy counts as two regular school days. The daily time and schedule of courses are subject to change with each semester and year.
*Students who attend day school are responsible to be present in their classes on Fridays, although Canton Academy does not meet. They are responsible for keeping track of the Friday bell schedule and reporting to their day courses on time each Friday.
