FIN:121 Personal Finance

Course Objective:   

Concurrent College Course through CCC  (3 Credit Hours)

This course is designed to provide students with the information needed to develop a plan to achieve personal financial security.  Students will assess their current situation, then learn skills and strategies they can use to move forward to be successful with their money and financial future.  Students will explore various topics:  planning for their goals, basic money management, saving and investing, budgeting, wise use of credit, risk management through insurance, and paying for future education.
