Class Topics: We will cover a wide range of biology topics and learn the essential skills to think like a scientist. We will take a journey through how science “works” while discovering cool things about our body, ecology, plants and how they make food, and how cells maintain homeostasis. We will also figure out how living organisms change over time and why diseases like cancer or genetic disorders occur. We will ask questions, design and conduct experiments to draw conclusions as well as write about what we learned (or didn't learn) during those experiments.
