Since 2011, Boulder High School has been recognized as an NASC Gold Council of Excellence. The National Association of Student Councils recognizes middle level and high school student councils that consistently provide quality leadership activities and service to their schools and communities. This award recognizes that Boulder High School has met a minimum of 49 indicators covering the areas of Governance, Service, General Activities and Operations, and Civic Engagement and Student Voice.
