To submit an incident click here to complete the HIBster form. Once complete, the system will allow you to download the Form 338, which can be emailed to the Principal and Anti-bullying specialist.

The District must provide families with the link to the state’s blank HIB form as an option to complete and submit to the school principal, this will need to be completed.
