• Is to establish partnerships between all members of the school community
• Is to create an environment that is conducive to learning and supportive of the school(s)
• Is to advocate and communicate for all children

We believe the role of the community:

• Is to provide support to the schools as they prepare students to be productive members of society
• Is to actively participate in the governance, activities, and educational programs of the schools
• Is to challenge our schools to be excellent and our students to achieve

We believe the role of teachers:

• Is to be a role model, creating a nurturing environment which inspires students to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to be successful lifelong learner
• Is to create a challenging learning environment which acknowledges individuality, accommodates learning differences and promotes a sense of community
