All BTSD Nurses' websites are provided to give a general overview of the necessary forms and requirements regarding school attendance. Please consider these general recommendations. Consult with your physician as needed.
Below is important information that applies to all Burlington Township Schools:
1. All students new to Burlington Township Schools are required to present a physical exam and immunization records. For your convenience, also included, is a direct link to the BTSD new student registration information.
2. Regular school attendance is important. By making your child's school attendance a priority, you will be taking an important step in supporting your child's school success and setting a good example. Please click here for the School Attendance Policy. Consult with your physician as needed.
3. When your child is ill and unable to attend school, it is necessary for a parent/guardian to notify the school. When your child's name appears on the attendance list an automated call will be made to your number. If you have already notified the school; please disregard this phone call. Otherwise, please call the School Nurse with the reason for your child's absence. *Please note* If your child is going to be absent at the H.S., please call the Attendance Office at 609-387-1713 ext. 1036.
4. All parents/guardians are required to complete Ecollect Forms (In PowerSchool Parent Portal) before September. Information was sent home via mail and the Falcon Flyer. Please view here for more information
