UPDATE ---- I just completed Deck Of Cards. I ended up doing cards 5 and higher. So a total of 40 cards!! It took me 20 minutes to finish. I liked it!!! How about you?

Mr. Johnson will do whatever he asks YOU to do. So I did three Tabata's of these exercises. These are my ideas but you can modify and come up with your own. Only 15 minutes and DONE!!
Mountain climbers
Arm Curls
Shoulder Taps Plank
Squats
Push ups
Jumping jacks
Bike and Twist
Burpees
Try it as a Tabata workout. 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. It's a quick 5 minute routine.
