For archival and organizational purpose please abide by these file naming guidelines when producing files for your shows.

Access to Fusion 360 Team for CAM Machines
Send an Email to the Scene Shop Manager to be added to the "BU Scene Shop" Fusion Team.
Once approved follow prompts in your email to set up the team in you Fusion 360 Account. Don't have an an Autodesk account, go to the Autodesk Education Center and use your BU Email to gain free access to Autodesk Products.
Once set up your Fusion 360 window should have the option to select your personal or team workspace. For the purposes of getting tool and machine profiles either account should work.
To get access to the Assets on the "BU Scene Shop" Fusion Team you should enable "cloud libraries" in preferences window of Fusion 360.

Complete the Access to Fusion Team Guide above.
In Fusion 360, locate the Workspaces tab and select "Manufacture." Your tool bars should change and a "Utilities" tab should appear on the ribbon.
Watch this Video to locate the Cloud Library Tool Files.
Take note that these tools are pre-loaded with data that will auto-populate when creating operations.
Feed/Speed Values appropriate for the materials they are labeled by.
Plasma Torch settings includes amperage that the power supply should be set to.

PRIOR TO INSTALL:
You must have Google drive for Desktop Installed for this to work. Please follow this link to install Drive for Desktop if needed.
You must also have the "BU SCENE SHOP" Folder appear in your "My Drive". Make sure to make this folder "available offline"
INSTALLATION:
Watch this Video to map the BU SCENE SHOP Drive as the B: drive on your PC. This will provide easy access to the Resources on the drive.
