Note Storefront items (everything in this list) are only billed to shows for the items you have pulled, not what you put in the form.

Items specially ordered are billed directly to you show, despite if they are used or not.

Note the stocked column:

• • Items "On Shelf" are replenished regularly and about 5 items are kept in stock. 

  • Items "By request" are order based on the week's request forms. You will only be charged for the items you pull off the shelf, but there may not be any readily available.
