Report on the Workshop on “Inclusive Learning”

Introduction: From the Video and some documents I have learn Something about Inclusive learning that means involbe in the tpic then start learning somthing from that . In this learning method one can gain knowledge through many medium.Such a learning or teaching process where the students are teach varity thing , ensuring the participation of all the students, press the barriers in learning and considering a wide range of learning areas. In order to teach the students in an innovative way. Daffodil Polytechnic Institute organized a workshop entitled Inclusive Learning System.The workshop was conducted by Professor Dr. Yousuf Mahbubul Islam, honorable Vice Chancellor of Daffodil International University.
The Workshop: The whole workshop was full of productivity and valuable information which will help the teachers to make their teaching more effective. It was one kind of card game. He gave the task that, how we could engage the students brain ? and he told to figure out some point.Then figure out some points like-
1. Real Story talk with students
2. Coole environment
3.Good relationship
4.Try to reduce text book reading
5.Practical base learning
6.Brainstorming
8.Qusetion
Outcomes: I have learned so many things from that workshop. The outcomes of the workshop are significant. The workshop use an appropriate and scientific method in teaching which will be effective and helpful for the students. I have gained a some knowledge to make an Inclusive lesson plan which will engage the students to learn the target topic. Some of an Inclusive teaching style is as follows:
1. Motivation : Motivation Speech is important to engage student in a tipic.
2. Questions: Very simple questions which will be very easy to answer for the students for their brain will start to engage.
3. Topic Questions: When student engage fully then through the Topoic related question. At that stage as soon as a question is offered they will start to guess the answers.
4. Compare and Questions: The students will be paired for group work and they will be given a task related to the topic.Teacher will offer the students to ask questions on the target topic. If a student wants to ask a questions a first he/she needs to understand the topic very well. So they will try with their full concentration to learn.
5. Application: Try to apply their knowledge in a real life.Teacher will ask them to generate some ideas relating to the topic and apply for real life.
6. Feedback: Teacher will take feedback from the students also ask them to judge and criticize the other groups. Thus they will learn the actual thing.

Importance: Inclusive learning is very important for our students.In the regular process of teaching it will helpful for our students. Convention Study System can lose students concentration from the topic, because their brain not engage properly they gosipe each other out of topic in the class.Inclusive learning Model will help Students .It also help the teacher, teacher plays the role of a guide. Teachet engages the students in the learning process. As a result, the students continuously use their brains and so they become active and they learn easily.
Conclusion: The workshop was very good initiative for teacher. I thing this model will change our convention study system. I hope that I will try to apply the knowledge properly.
