The NHS application includes two components; complete and submit these following the instructions in your invitation letter. Refer to the Selection Criteria and the Selection Rubric (posted below) to ensure you present a full and complete application.
NHS Candidate Form Here you will document your service, leadership, and extracurricular experiences so that the Faculty Council understands the extent of your involvement and contributions to your school and your community.
Writing prompts: Respond to both prompts (500-700 words total)
Discuss the contributions you would make to our chapter of NHS.
Considering your many involvements and academic demands, and knowing that NHS is a big commitment, how would you balance your added duties and responsibilities as a member of NHS?

A Candidate Information Session will be held in March. Current NHS members will explain the application process and candidates have the opportunity to have their questions answered. If you have any other questions, feel free to email any of the officers or advisors.
