About National Honor Society:

The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in four areas, or pillars: Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character.

Our purpose:

Our chapter of the National Honor Society intends to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to promote leadership, to stimulate a desire to render service, and to develop character in the students of Brookfield High School. We work towards bettering not only our school, but our local community by participating in service projects, offering tutoring, and fundraising for charitable organizations.
