All meetings of the Bowleys Quarters Community Association (BQCA) are scheduled to be held at 

St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, 3620 Red Rose Farm Road in Middle River

on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:00 P.M.

Occasionally, "Pot Luck Dinners" will be held prior to the general membership meeting.  At these events, individuals are invited to bring entrees or desserts to share.  The Association will be providing beverages, paper goods, and music.  Usually, the dinners begin at 6:30 P.M. and end at 7-00 PM with the general membership meeting starting thereafter.
