Waypoint Family Support Warm Line

Riverbend is the community non-profit mental health agency available to children, adolescents, and adults in central New Hampshire. Located in Concord, Riverbend provides comprehensive mental health services. This includes 24 hour emergency and crisis stabilization that can be reached by calling 1-844 -743-5748
