I was asked to teach Goat Yoga the day before September 8, drawing me into entirely differt place of teaching YogaBliss classes! It  was a brewery, (that I had never been to) and it was with 72 lovely ladies and gentlemen that really rocked my world! The goats from Zen Hooves, brought out the child-like inocence of everyone! There was smiles on every single person, no expertise in yoga needed!  I was very happy when asked to return two weeks later, on Septembr 22, (my daughter's birthday) to do it ALL again! What a thrill to meet so many new people, laugh, smile, & enjoy the fresh crisp fresh air of a spectaclar New York Autumn day!
