MISSION STATEMENT
Through the framework of the ASCA National Model the White Pine Counseling Program will ensure that every student will have equity and access to acquire competencies in academics, career, and social/emotional growth to reach their greatest potential in the preparation for lifelong learning and living in an ever-changing world. Every student will have the ability to access interventions through classroom lessons, group and individual counseling, academic support, crisis intervention, career readiness, and student/family advocacy. This mission will be supported and further strengthened by collaborating with teachers, staff, administrators, parents, and community advocates.
VISION STATEMENT
The vision of the White Pine Elementary School Counseling Program is for all students to set forth empowered with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve academic, social/emotional, and career success. Students will reach their fullest potential as respectful, responsible citizens.
BELIEFS

implementation of a school counseling program that is aligned with the American School Counselor Association Model is imperative
it is important to use systematic review of evaluation data continuously to refine and improve the comprehensive School Counseling Program
