All Athletes wanting to Participate

The paperwork to compete and tryout can be found at our Athletic Trainers website.

This paperwork must be completed every year.  Please click on the above link to get it all completed. An athlete can NOT participate or Try-out unless all paperwork is complete and turned into our Athletic Trainer.
