Activity #1: Creating, Sharing, and Uploading
Create a Doc with two questions for your neighbor on your right to answer.
The title of the document should have your name. (e.g. Getting to Know You by Joe Smith)
Share the document with your neighbor and give them editing rights.
Upload an existing Doc and Convert it to a Google Doc.

Activity #2: Privacy, Commenting, Chatting and Sharing
Share the document with a second neighbor (on your left) and give them commenting rights.
Share the document with your workshop leader and give them viewing rights.
Add two more questions for your neighbor (on your right) to answer while they are working in the document. (Real time editing)
Chat with your neighbor (on your right)
Respond to your first neighbor's answers (on your left) by using the Comments feature.
Change the document back the first set of questions using the Revision history.

Search for a document from your neighbor based on criteria such as:
Name of document
Last modified
Owner of the document
Star the document from your neighbor to highlight a document.
Create a folder entitled "Google Docs Workshop by YOUR NAME" (e.g. Google Docs Workshop by Joe Smith)
Place all of the Google Docs from the workshop into the folder by:
Opening the document, selecting the folder icon, and moving them into the appropriate folder.
In the table of contents, checking the documents in the list view and moving them into the appropriate folder.
Share your folder and give your neighbor "View Only" rights
Find the folder shared from your neighbor (Hint: Check the "Shared with me" link.
