Your Admissions Representative will contact you and assist you with the completion of the online form. This information is required for class registration. For New Freshmen this information will be used to create your class schedule.
Complete the online form and click on "Submit" when finished. When you successfully complete all required information you will receive a "Thank You" message. If you do not receive this message after you click "Submit", scroll up and look for any question that has a red box around it. Complete the question(s) and click "Submit" again.
