PHYSICAL EDUCATION & FITNESS

NOT ALL THE FOLLOWING COURSES ARE OFFERED EVERY SEMESTER. CONSULT THE SEMESTER COURSE OFFERING FOR COURSE AVAILABILITY.

All students must complete two (2) credit hours of activity courses. (#) designates credit hours per course. Students who complete a full season of varsity sports participation (PEPR) will receive .5 or 1 semester hour toward fulfillment of this requirement. A maximum of two (2) semester hours may be earned toward graduation from varsity sports participation. Not more than 8 hours of PE courses may be used for graduation.

PE 046 - Badminton/Pickleball (1)

PE 048 - Beginning Raquetball*/Golf (1)

PE 070 - Climbing and Rappelling I (.5), fee required

PE 071 - Climbing and Rappelling II (.5), fee required

PE 075 - Yoga/Pilates (1)

PE 082 - Weight Training (.5)

PE 088 - Fitness Walking (.5)

PE 100 - Basic Fitness (2)

* Students must supply their own equipment.

Varsity Sports

PEPR ### - Athletes are registered for credit hours through their Head Coach.

NOTE: Physical Activity courses have enrollment maximums and tend to fill quickly.
