Please, meet our leadership team below for the 2025-26 Year!
Hello! My name is Naomi Shaw and I am really looking forward to being band president this school year! Music has been a passion of mine ever since I started playing trumpet in the 5th grade. It has given me so many great opportunities and through it, I have made lifelong friends and memories. I have also been able to go on some exciting trips and work with some fantastic people. When I’m not playing my trumpet or doing work for school, I enjoy spending time with my family playing games and watching movies.
Hello, My name is Maclain Olson, and I am so excited to be your band Vice-President for the upcoming year. I have played the trumpet for seven years, and I have been to All-State, and I was accepted into the All-State Jazz ensemble. I also participate in Student Council and Golf at Senior. Outside of school, I love to golf, ski, and hang out with my friends and family. My favorite band memory was playing at the Senior-West basketball game and winning in overtime. I think that band is so awesome because it focuses on a different side of your brain that isn’t used as much in school. We listen to music every day, so I think that band is a great way to deepen your knowledge of this complex form of art. I look forward to having an awesome year. Go Broncs!
Hello! I am Danilynn Massey, and I cannot wait to take on the position of Librarian this upcoming school year. I started playing the bassoon in 5th grade and continue to dabble in other instruments like the bagpipes and banjo. When I'm not playing the bassoon, I love making new reeds for my bassoon, reading, and spending time with all of my loved ones. My favorite part of being in band is getting to see how we slowly become comfortable through the year, and create a community in class that helps us play in better harmony. I am so excited to participate in another year in the band, as I know new memories will be made and the band's playing skills will soar. May our year in the band be filled with growth and smiles!
Hey there! I'm Braeden Bourgon, a tenor saxophone player in Symphonic Band. I've been playing saxophone since I was in 5th grade, and have played in the Senior High Jazz Band since sophomore year. I'm very excited to be Senior High's Drum Major next year! I've loved pep-band since Freshman year. Every game has been fun whether we lost or won. The memories I have made there will stick with me for the rest of my life. Outside of band, I participate in Speech & Debate and Tennis at Senior High. I also love to hike, play video games, code, and play pickleball. As for why I enjoy band, isn't it obvious? Band is one of the most community focused classes out there. I've met so many amazing people and made lifelong friends because of this class. Additionally, Band pushes you in many ways. We have to refine playing our instrument, listen to others, and adjust our sound all the while we are reading music. Finally, band is so much fun! Pep-band this year will be great, and I can't wait. LETS GO BRONCS.
Hello! I’m Anton Delavan and I have the honor of being one of two Drum Corp Captains for the upcoming year. This coming year will be my eighth year playing percussion, and I can’t wait to give all the incoming freshmen the best high school band experience possible. In my free time I enjoy skiing, running, and spending time with my friends. My favorite memory from my time in band is when I was welcomed into the Drum Corps as a freshman. I can’t wait for another fantastic year of building music knowledge. Let’s Go Broncs!
