Ethnic Cleansing

Below are two maps. The one on the right shows the migration of individuals after the end of WWII. The map on the right shows how a country called Yugoslavia broke up into separate countries in 1992 largely based on ethnicity. When a country disintegrates into separate pieces it is called "balkanization."
