Outdoor Recess- Spring Weather

Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for outdoor recess and arrival/dismissal times. With the changes of spring weather, children are coming to school assuming it is warmer than it actually is. Please remember that we have recess around 11am. The high temperature for the day doesn't usually peak until the afternoon. Students still need coats, hats, gloves, boots, and warm layers help ensure they stay comfortable and can safely enjoy time outside. If your child needs access to proper weather gear, please reach out to myself or the office and we can connect you with resources.
