Architectural Control Committee:  The purpose of the Beacon Hill Architectural Control Committee is to maintain the high quality and desirability of the community, to aid in the preservation of its natural beauty and to promote and protect the harmony of the development and value of the area. 

No building, sign, fence, wall, or any other structure or facility shall be erected, placed or permitted to remain upon any Lot Including, but not limited to, swimming pools, outbuildings. Nor shall any change or alteration be permitted thereon including, but not limited to, tree clearing and change in Lot grade. Nor, except as otherwise herein provided, shall any of the above occur upon any of the Lots or Common Areas and Facilities until the required design drawings, construction plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, dimensions, materials, color, elevation, location and grade of the same have been submitted and approved in writing by the Committee.
