2022 Declaration of Covenant Review and Approval

The Beacon Hill Homeowners Association declaration of covenants are outdated and need to be updated.  Much of the language used in our covenants dates back to the original development of the neighborhood.  We’ve also found some restrictions do not apply to our current situation and we’ve had some requests to clarify and strengthen others.  As a result, we’ve made a good faith effort to update these covenants.  

To implement the new covenants, we need 69 homes to vote YES .
