Music Stores

Do you need to rent an instrument or just find materials for your student? You've come to the right place! The music store we primarily use is Quinlan & Fabish. A representative from Q & F comes to the Barrington schools once a week to bring supplies for students who order over the phone. This is a great way to get your students the accessories they need without having to make an extra trip out! Our road representative's name is Mary Garbrecht and as long as you let the store know that you want the items delivered, they will be sent with Mary.

If you rented your instrument through Q & F, it will arrive for your fifth grader's first lesson at their elementary school, so there is no need for you to go pick it up.

If you rented from another shop or are borrowing/bought from a family member, neighbor, or friend, please make sure the instrument is in good working order by having it checked out by a reputable repair shop and please make sure you have all the accessories necessary. Please tell your student to resist trying out their new instrument until after we have our first lesson together. I want to make sure each child knows exactly how to put together and take apart their instrument in the correct way and also how to appropriately take care of it.
