2024-2Q: [REPT] Customers - Status Report (Tools) - Subscription Custom Fields
The Customers - Status Report available under Tools section is extended to give operator an additonal set of functions. Previously only customer custom fields were selectable. Now operator can also select custom fields added to the subscription section.
To make use of this feature:
1. Operator uses custom fields under subscription section as shown in Fig.1.

2. To generate the report, proceed to menu Tools > Reports > Customers - Status Report
Fig 2: Tools Reports > Customers - Status Report with option to select Subscription Custom Fields
Note: If there are multiple subscriptions on the account with the same custom subscription field it will display under each other in the cell.
