Other Derbies

Typical months of activity: November and May

Requirements:

● Scout Leader uniform: Not required

● Attend Pack Committee meetings: During Derby season

● Training: Yes, in person

● Good organizational skills

Description

The Other Derbies Chair organizes any other races the Pack plans in addition to the Pinewood Derby.

This could include Raingutter Regatta, Space Derby, Rocket Derby, or Cubby Car Race. The ODC will

work with the Pack Committee to set up needed equipment for the race, as well as plan activities

surrounding the derby. As Other Derbies Chair, you would have the opportunity to be hands on in

planning memorable activities for the scouts!
