Each week we will post our planned common topics and activities day by day to help you see a big picture of the week. Activities not completed in class become homework to be completed by the next class period unless otherwise directed. Specific homework assignments may be made by your Social Studies teacher and assigned with a due date through your Google Classroom that will not be posted here. These plans will be kept updated if changed. We will also post links to documents and resources here that will be used during the week- and which may also be posted to your Google Classroom. There is a specific order events involved in conducting the Boston Massacre Mock Trial that will be followed this week that is shown in the plans below. However, different classes may work through it at a different pace- though all classes will finish and debrief by Friday and compare the results of their class Mock Trial with the results of the actual Boston Massacre Trials.

It was great seeing so many parents at the DC Parent meeting last week. Week 5- Pilgrims and Puritans, Constitution Day, and Mock Salem Witch Trial begins...
Thank you for getting signed up for your DC roommates/ bus partners. This week we will be assigning groups and chaperones to busses, but these won't be posted until the week before the trip. On Thursday, you received your fee slip for the DC trip. All information needed about payment is on the letter. If you pay by check, please turn them into the office. Fees are due by Friday, October 4th, which is also the deadline for medications to be turned in along with doctors' notes allowing their administration by nurses and staff. Please remind your parents of the DC Parent Meeting coming up next week- Thursday, September 26th at 7pm in the Harmon Commons.
