Envisions Math

EnVisionMATH Common Core was written to specifically address the Common Core State Standards (CCSS). The program is based on critical foundational research and proven classroom results.

EnVisionMATH Common Core helps students develop a conceptual understanding of important math concepts through Problem-Based Interactive Learning, Visual Learning Bridges, and Visual Learning Animations.

We will start the year doing Topic Three: Five and Ten Relationships because it really focuses on number sense, and being able to visualize numbers on the ten-frame. We chose to start with Topic 3 because it helps students gain a better foundation to addition and subtraction, which will follow this topic.

We will then address Topic One: Understanding Addition (Late September)

And then move on to Topic Two: Understanding Subtraction (October)

November: Topic 5 Addition Facts to 20
