Everything shown above will come home at least 3 weeks prior to your child's presentation date.
Each kid has been assigned a current event presentation day. This has been modeled by me. The expectation is that kids fill out the current event form and turn it in on their presentation day. When it is their day to present they will stand in front of the class and tell about their event. Kids are welcome to use their paperwork as a guide. If they are interested in doing more, they can create notecards, a powerpoint, or have a prepared poster with information.
When kids present their project we will practice eye contact, speaking loudly and clearly, and body language. Our audience will also practice tracking the speaker, making eye contact, and being active listeners.
