The brochure “Kutaisi Public Utilities” was published in the frame of the Project “Civil Society Engagement in the Local Self-Government and Public Utilities” with the partnership of Friedrich Ebert Fund. In the frame of the project the inquiries were conducted through the questionnaires for gaining the public opinion, which was analyzed and later the results were introduced to the wider society; recommendations were developed by the group of experts, also the short term suggestions on problem mitigation

In majority of our projects we always tried to investigate the contemporary situation considering the public opinion. The questions that worried the society were posed and discussed as well as the vision of the civil society regarding solving or mitigation the problems. At the same time we invited the experts, with long term experience in the fields and experience.
