Dance Mat Typing is a great way to practice keyboarding--leveled. This is a great program for learning with high stimulation. The volume can be reduced if it bothers your child. This program goes through all of the letters of the alphabet and some punctuation.
(Games and Lessons) This website has several enjoyable games. There are a few games that are for the less experienced and the number of letters can be adjusted on all games. For the more experienced typist, there are many challenging games.
(Type Me, Super Hyper Spider Typer-SHST) SHST is a good program for kids who are reinforcing basic skills. The Easy level starts with letters only. The Medium and Hard levels use words. Type Me is for higher level keyboarders as it is a faster paced game even when set at easy.
Focus is on typing individual letters. The letters are displayed on the side of the screen that relates to the hand they are typed with. Fun for both new and experienced typists.

Drills for practice!
(Click on Qwerty lessons or the game pictures) This is another site that I would recommend trying with your child, first. Getting to the games can be confusing. Good for the experienced typist.
(Games and Lessons) This site has several games for the more experienced typist and easy lessons, though I would go onto this site with your child, as it is visually over-stimulating and may be difficult to navigate for some kids.
