Meet Mrs. Sullwold

Welcome to 3rd Grade at Concord! I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year. Here are ten things you need to know about me:

1. This is my 17th year teaching at Concord. I taught 1st grade for the first 10 years, and this is my 7th year teaching 3rd grade.

2. Before coming to Edina, I taught in Wayzata Public Schools.

3. I went to college at the University of MN - Twin Cities and have a degree in Art History.

4. I live with my husband, Mark, who is beginning his 24th year teaching in Wayzata.

5. I have two kids who attend middle school in Wayzata. Nora will be in 8th grade, and Ryan will be in 7th grade.

6. We have a rescue dog named, Louie. You will hear many stories about him this year!

7. I love Gopher Volleyball, Gopher Basketball and hockey - ESPECIALLY the Boston Bruins (my dad's side of the family is from Boston).

8. I'm obsessed with the musical 'Hamilton' (if you are familiar with it too, you will understand the reference to the "10 things you need to know").

9. I love to run, kayak, read, watch Netflix, and be anywhere with my family.

10. My favorite color is orange and I don't know if I could survive without strong coffee.
