Field Trips

ALL FIELD TRIP CHAPERONES MUST COMPLETE AND SUBMIT A MN STATE BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE THEY WILL BE ALLOWED TO JOIN A TRIP (if you did this last year, you do not need to do one again for the 19-20 school year). Find the form HERE, complete and return to Concord via your child's round trip folder.
