Essene Pronaos and the Twin Cities' Rosicrucian Learning Center meet at the Lake Harriet Masonic Lodge.
NOTE: Do NOT park in the strip mall lot just north of the property as you will be towed.
Please park either in the small lot on the north side of the building or on the street.

Essene Pronaos invites all Rosicrucian students to participate in our AMORC members-only events:
In-person Convocations are held on 3rd Thursday, and member-only events outside of Minnesota can be found here.
The Twin Cities' Rosicrucian Learning Center invites all Seekers and the general public to enjoy the Public Teleconferences presented most Wednesday afternoons at 3:30pm Central by the Department of Instruction of the Rosicrucian Order, AMORC. We also usually host an in-person public (open) meeting on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 11am. Please check our calendar for meetings and details.
We welcome all to join us on our meeting days where we support each other and work together in our spiritual studies. We look forward to your participation in our mystical work of sending Light, Life, and Love out into our community and into the world.

The Law of AMRA - Giving as you Receive
Essene Pronaos operates under the Law of AMRA. AMRA contributions are a way to allow Divine Intelligence to work through us and to give thanks for the blessings we have received. They are a form of service and gratitude for the benefits the Cosmic has bestowed upon us. Essene Pronaos receives no financial support other than AMRA contributions from our fellow Fratres and Sorores in Minnesota; member dues do not help support Essene Pronaos.
You may donate financially online by clicking the Donation link below, by mailing a check to us, or preferably, by attending Essene Pronaos events and sharing your Light with us (a form of AMRA) and dropping your contribution in the AMRA box.
Donating online allows use of debit or credit cards or EFT from your checking account; you can also set up recurring donations and choose to cover the small administrative fee if you want.

Master's Message - Forgiveness
Forgiveness is a conscious, deliberate decision to release feelings of resentment or revenge toward a person or group who has harmed you, regardless of whether they actually deserve your forgiveness.
Forgive anyone who caused you stress and strife. Forgiving is not forgetting. It is a remembering without anger. It frees you from stress on your body, mind and spirit and allows you to have your personal power.
Forgiveness opens up energies between people so there can be peace between you and others with whatever the circumstances have occurred.
To be able to forgive is to let go, release the past, and understand where other people are coming from with their behaviors and focus on your own spiritual path of enlightenment and the realization of the master within then you can break karmic cycles.

Metaphysical Aid and the Council of Solace
Metaphysical Aid: If you or a loved one is in need of aid, it could be a health problem, a material problem such as seeking a job, or the loss of a loved one, please do not hesitate to ask for spiritual assistance. Simply email Essene Pronaos with your request. The Metaphysical Aid Committee is happy to help you on the spiritual planes, the place where everything on the material plane first manifests.
Council of Solace Ritual: In this ritual, we join with members around the world and meditate on behalf of others. The goal is to bring Cosmic help to all those in need. This is done by putting certain spiritual energies into motion and directing it to others in accordance with mystical principles. Metaphysical aid is thus directed to those in need. This ritual is performed at Essene Pronaos as noted on the calendar. Members and non-members are welcome to attend.
