We use an online ticket-less system, (link provided) you must put in your cell phone number to get confirmation.

Silent Auction:

We use electronic bidding for silent auction items. All bidding will be done through your cell phone or computer. You DO NOT have to be present to participate! You can bid from anywhere, anytime before the close of the auction, from your own device.

FORGOT TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS:

If you do not pick up your items during the event please visit us at one of the designated times below at the Friends of Alta office located on the first floor of the Town of Alta building (sits behind OLS and Shallow Shaft Restaurant).

Saturday 4/13 from 3 - 5pm

Monday 4/15 from 3 - 6pm

Ticket Includes:

Hors d' Oeuvres Stations, drinks, live music, dancing, photo booth, and 50% discount on an Alta Ski Area day ticket during the 2019/2020 ski season. Please note that due to the social nature of this event that seating is "open" unless you purchase a sponsorship table.

Parking:

Parking at La Caille is by valet service only, they will charge a small fee for parking.

Shuttle to/from Alta:

Alta Shuttle will again donate van service to the Alta Gala to/from locations in the Town of Alta for free. Contact Alta Shuttle directly at 801-274-0225 by April 10th. Space is limited and reservations are based on first come first serve basis. Tips are encouraged.

Shuttles will leave Alta at 6:40pm and 7:15pm. Shuttles will start returning to Alta at 10pm.

Dress:

La Caille is an upscale restaurant. We ask that men at least wear a collared shirt and slacks - no jeans please. We encourage you to dress to impress!
