Bell Work : How does the setting affect the character's thoughts, actions, and choices? Include at least two quotations which describe the setting and explain how and why the setting influences the character. 

Assignment: Characterization Project due/ Introduction to social issues. Work with your groups to identify and explain the social issues that are at play and that affect the characters in your chosen novel. Complete the worksheet assignment with your group. Due on Friday.

Bell Work: Choose one character, tell how they behaved/what they were like in the beginning, how they behaved/what they were like at the end (or at this point in your novel), and how they changed. Record at least two quotations for support.
