The IB, or International Baccalaureate, is known for its challenging, globally recognized pre-university diploma and certificate programs designed to foster critical thinking, intercultural understanding, and a lifelong love of learning. The program emphasizes a holistic approach to education, focusing on both academic achievement and personal development. Millennium High School’s IB program offers 11th and 12th grade students the opportunity to challenge themselves with as few as one (IB Certificate Student) to as many as six (IB Diploma Student) rigorous, college-level courses. Each course spans two years and concludes with an opportunity to earn college credit at universities both nationally and abroad. Here at Millennium we are committed to promoting academic excellence and developing globally-minded, engaged citizens through academic rigor and personal growth. (IB Learner Profile).
